Sistema Tulsa program is designed to build pathways of success for children who do not normally have access to arts education. We believe student motivation can be achieved by challenging children to intensively listen, learn, practice, and perform together and to document and measure what they can accomplish together and for each other. Shaping a context of autonomy and progress encourages our students to persevere and generate an optimistic and joyful outlook of life. We believe it takes strong community partnerships, collaborating teachers, and determined parents to grow our program successfully and organically.
