Sistema Summer Play! (Camp)

Where: Boston Avenue Church (Sistema main hub) 

Who: 3rd - 12th Grade (Fall 2026)

9:00-12:00 Morning Camp is for new Beginners to Early Intermediate Students who will learn music fundamentals in Orff, Ukulele, movement, and singing; or continue their progress on a symphonic instrument they already play. Chorus, Band, and Strings groups will rehearse daily. Piano lab and theory available. Indoor/Outdoor activities and community building games. 

2:00-5:00 pm is for Late Intermediate to Advanced Students who will continue their progress on a symphonic instrument they already play. A large symphony orchestra will rehearse daily and other electives include chamber music, jazz combo, etc. Indoor/Outdoor activities and community building games.   

All Strings, Woodwind, Brass, and Percussion instruments are welcome. Please note we do not have guitar instruction at this time. 

Concerts are Friday, June 12th at noon and 5 pm. Each group will perform the pieces they have learned and practiced throughout the week.  *Note that any students currently enrolled in Fundamentals/EP will enroll in the morning camp, and students enrolled in CYO/CYO2 will enroll in the afternoon camp.

You do not have to be a current Sistema student to enroll in Summer Camp. New students are welcome!
